Anny Havland, co-owner of Neighborhood Mortgage, grew up in Bellingham, WA. With her husband, Bill Havland, she co-owns a local mortgage company, Neighborhood Mortgage which was recognized as a Finalist for the 2007 & 2006 Small Business of the Year voted by the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce. With their new office location located in Bakerview Square they have been able to offer a full staff of highly trained individuals to help serve the community. Anny is no new veteran to the business. This year she celebrated her 11th year in the financial industry. It is Anny’s goal to help assist you in all of your mortgage financial decisions.
